After you find that perfect property, its time to decide on a price and make an offer. 5. Offer and counter offer . Once you and the seller come to an agreement, the contract is signed. 6. Contact your mortgage lender and fax them the signed sales contract, it usually takes between 30-40 days for the mortgage lender to actually close on the loan. 7. I will help you and will assist you with all details from here on out including inspections, appraisal, coordination of the title and mortgage companies and closing. 8. The day of or the day before closing, you do the final walk through of your new home. 9. Closing day arrives, you sign all the paperwork and you are handed keys to your new home. 10.
